The new Nisula 755X is purpose-built for thinning dense forest and final felling

This new harvester head is reliable, easy to service, and has improved uptime and productivity.

This is due to design and high-quality production materials. All unnecessary extras have been omitted. The 755’s input power is sufficient. This is handled by two 800 cm3 (48.8 in3) and two 500 cm3 (30.5 in3) traction motors. The grip force of the feed rollers and the delimbing knives are proportionally controlled and even the toughest tree stems are held firmly in place. Together with the powerful Nisula NSU saw, these features make handling tree stems easy.

Features of the new head include a high-strength steel frame, good ease of serviceability, simple design, an entirely new hydraulics for 200 to 280 l/m (44 to 61.6 gal/m) flow. new length measuring package: including hydraulic lifting of the measuring wheel and touchless sensors, new diameter measurement function: back-lash free transmission & touchless sensors, an all-new, efficient Nisula NSU saw assembly with a 30cm3 saw motor (Parker), and a bolt-mounted saw casing equipped with blade lubrication tank and pump.

The head is suited to larger thinning and final felling. It is suitable for base machines of 18+ tons for harvesters and 16 to 23+ tons for excavators. Source
