Struggling to jack up your log truck trailer?

A simple, but innovative product is now available that can even lift the axles of loaded trailers.

The TrestleJacks R22.5 is a new lifting solution for the transport industry. It was developed by a former truck driver who came up with this innovation after being stuck on a logging road with a faulty jack. Hydraulic jacks are often stolen, sold by the driver or not maintained and fail when needed. The TrestleJacks is based on a leverage principle for lifting heavily loaded trailer axles. Trailers fitted with R22.5 tire sizes are the only tire sizes the TrestleJacks R22.5 product range supports. The TrestleJacks R22.5 are designed to fit any square or round axle on most modern trailers in the above mentioned category.

After all lifting procedures have been followed correctly and carefully, the TrestleJacks are capable of lifting trailer axle(s) by driving onto the TrestleJacks until it is in the upright position. The entire lifting process can take less than 10 seconds. While sitting in the cab, the driver is informed that the TrestleJacks are in the upright position by providing a positive breaking or stopping feedback from the trailer. Tyre changes or wheel repairs can now be completed without a person having to be underneath the trailer. Once work has been completed, the driver simply drives off the TrestleJacks.
