The Naarva EF28 is a harvester head for energy wood harvesting, first thinning, and integrated harvesting. The EF28 was designed as a cooperation project between Pentin Paja Oy and Outokummun Metalli Oy. It will be released at SkogsElmia 2011. Trucks turning at intersections in urban areas can pose safety risks to other road users such as cyclists and pedestrians. Using laser scanners and camera’s, the driver can be alerted when people in the blind spot are too close. Source: www.volvotrucks.com
