Tigercat provides more product support in the US South West
John Withrow has joined the Tigercat product support team. Based out of West Monroe, Louisiana, he will provide support for the southern United States including Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Texas, Oklahoma and Arkansas. He has a strong technical background with over twenty years of experience with Tigercat machines from his work with Tigercat dealer, Tidewater Equipment. Source
Logset produces customized instruction manuals in different formats
A new Teamcenter CMS (Content Management System) is about to be introduced by Logset. In the future, the customers will get service guides regarding their own machine model, not a service guide that contains several machine models. The new system will be in use before June. With the new CMS system, they can also publish the instruction manuals in different formats, so the customers can for example look at them through a smart phone. Source
