Change in Kesla Plc’s Management Team: Kesla Appoints Heidi Sederholm as Interim Vice President, R&D
Kesla Plc has appointed Heidi Sederholm (M.Sc. (Tech.), MBA) as Interim Vice President, Research & Development and a member of the Management Team. The appointment strengthens Kesla’s R&D leadership during the company’s ongoing transformation phase. Sederholm will assume her position on 1 September 2026 and will report to CEO Pasi Nieminen. Sederholm has more than 20 years of experience in the technology industry and a diverse background in leading and developing technical operations and business functions. The forest machine market remained challenging during the second quarter. Long-standing market uncertainty persisted, stemming from the global situation. Despite this, the order flow slightly exceeded the level of the comparison period, with orders received totalling EUR 179.2 (177.1) million. Factory capacity utilisation remained high relative to the market situation, and the company’s order books continued to decline and stood at EUR 160.0 (192.5) million at the end of the review period.
