Often changing your grapple or attachment takes too much time. The Moipu Quick Coupler allows you to change different grapples and attachments quickly. With the quick coupler it takes only a few minutes to change a grapple to an energy wood head or a grapple saw.
The Moipu quick coupler consists of one upper attachment for the rotator and two lower attachments for the grapples. More lower attachments can be purchased if needed. Bolts that connect the lower attachment to the grapple aligns the upper and lower attachment. Nord-Locks positioned under the large bolts assure firm and lasting fastening. Hoses for the grapple can be routed through the quick coupler or from the side of the rotator. The weight of the quick coupler is 35kg (77 lb) and the height is 64mm (2.5 in). The maximum load is 10 tons.
Installing and using the quick coupler is easy. Upper and lower attachments can be separately fastened to the rotator and grapple. When the upper attachment is placed on the lower attachment, the bolts align the quick coupler. The big fastening bolts go easily into the threads and are in good positions for tightening. Source
