This fixed head is based upon the 7000XT dangle harvester head. It features a top saw, a smaller saw box and a fixed protection plate. The head is designed for when the felling direction of the tree needs to be well controlled, for example when felling close to power lines and other areas where the remaining trees or infrastructure may not be damaged. The operator can fell, bunch and process trees up to 71 cm (28 in) in diameter. The head requires a carrier of 31 to 35 tons. It has four movable delimbing knives and comes standard with two feed rollers. Additional specifications are provided below.
