John Deere introduces intuitive boom tip control for forwarders

Intelligent Boom Control (IBC) promises higher productivity from your John Deere forwarder.

IBC makes the boom operation more accurate, faster, and easier for the operator. The operator directly controls the boom tip instead of controlling each independent boom joint movement. The elimination of these extra movements helps to increase the durability of the boom structures and hydraulic cylinders. The tests that John Deere has conducted show that IBC has greatly increased experienced operators productivity. Inexperienced operators also showed large productivity increases.
