The two standard feed rollers have a new design that enables them to centre and carry big trees better, simultaneously allowing improved measurement accuracy. Fuel consumption is slightly reduced as the rollers have lower clamping pressures. An optional centre roller is now also available.
The head has four movable delimbing knives which improve lift capacity and stem handling. The knives are more durable than before and feature design changes that makes delimbing of species with large branches easier. The new measuring wheel is more durable and has increased measurement accuracy.
Other improvements include upgraded hydraulic pipes, upgraded seals between pipes and hydraulic motors, a reinforced feed motor chassis, a thicker damper plate on the tilt link, a new locking mechanism for the bearings on the measuring wheel axle, and improved cable routing to the cutter unit.
