Echo expands the Red Armor brand into its pre-mixed fuel

Echo has rebranded its pre-mix fuel under the Red Armor name.

The intention is to bring stronger focus on Echo’s crucial ingredient, being Echo Red Armor Oil. The fuel has already been available at independent dealers since November 2016. Echo indicates that Red Armor Fuel is the only pre-mixed fuel for two-stroke engines that uses Echo Red Armor Oil. The proprietary oil claims to clean existing carbon deposits and protects against further carbon build-up, promoting longer engine life. The Red Armor Oil carries the highest JASO FD and ISO-L-EGD rating.

The pre-mixed fuel version of Echo Red Armor can be used with any two-cycle Echo or competing brand engines. The formula used is claimed to promote easier starting using the highest quality 93 octane gasoline.  The major benefit of a no-ethanol fuel blend is that it is ready-to-use right out of the can since there is no need to measure or mix oil. Red Armor Fuel stays stable and usable for up to two years after opening. The exclusive Red Armor oil component helps prevent engine corrosion caused by moisture.  This makes winter storage and maintenance easier as it is not necessary to drain the tank unless it has remained in the tank for over two years.
