Seppi introduces the biggest forestry tiller and stone crusher in the world

The Maxisoil 350 was released at EIMA 2014.

Seppi have developed a mulcher-tiller-crusher, the Maxisoil 350. It is fitted to high-powered tractors. It has a patented rotor with grinding tools that have additional tungsten carbide inserts in areas with large exposure to wear. The 350 is fitted with a transmission cooling system which is integrated with the remote temperature control device that eliminates the risk of overheating of the transmission if its work is interrupted. The standard version of the Maxisoil 350 is fitted with the following features:

  • An electronic control system for all functions related to machine safety.
  • It has a tank that can carry a mixture of water and lime. This mix is distributed onto the front of the rotor. During grinding, this is mixed with the material to create a compact surface (if required).
  • The frame is fully protected with interchangeable Hardox wear-proof plates.
  • A hydraulically adjustable hood and compacting roller.
  • An adjustable crushing bar and grill to achieve the desired level of crushing.
  • A three-point ISO linkage.
  • A PTO with a 2.25 in (57 mm) output shaft.
  • An ADAM cardan alignment system which ensures that the machine adapts to the soil.
  • A hydraulic compacting roller, which can also be used as a guard frame.
