Bosco Machinery Appointed as TCi Dealer for Germany

Tigercat Industries is pleased to announce that Bosco Machinery has been appointed as the official TCi equipment distributor for Germany. Building on a strong foundation of seven experienced mechanics who already service forestry machinery daily, Bosco is investing in a purpose-built workshop dedicated exclusively to TCi machines. Kesla has negotiated a bridge Financing Agreement

Kesla has negotiated a bridge financing arrangement with a Nordic bank. The arrangement includes a bridge loan that can be drawn in two tranches of EUR 2.5 million each. The first tranche can be drawn in mid-April 2026, and if necessary, the second tranche can be drawn in mid-August. This bridge financing will be used to reduce the liabilities of Kesla’s current main financiers during 2026. The bridge financing is short-term in nature and will be repaid in full by the end of 2026. Source

Komatsu Forest Oy Appoints New CEO

Santtu Tanskanen assumed the position of CEO of Komatsu Forest Oy. He succeeds Gustav Edholm, who has served as acting CEO of KF Oy since May 9, 2025. Gustav will continue in his primary role as Head of Customer Service Business for the Komatsu Forest Group. Santtu brings extensive experience from the heavy machinery industry, with a strong background in leading sales and service organizations as well as managing dealer networks, including in the Baltic countries. Komatsu Forest completes the acquisition of Malwa Forest AB

As of April 1, 2026, Komatsu Forest AB has finalized the acquisition of the Swedish forestry machine manufacturer Malwa Forest AB. The acquisition strengthens Komatsu’s offering within small, low-impact forestry machines – a segment growing in importance as sustainability and soil protection become increasingly central to modern forestry.
