Ponsse establishes a new long-term incentive scheme for the Group’s key employees
The purpose of the scheme which engages key employees in long-term shareholding is to combine the goals of shareholders and key employees in order to increase the company’s value in the long term and to provide them with a competitive bonus scheme based on the acquisition and holding of the company’s shares. The target group of the 2018 share-based bonus scheme consists of approximately 110 people. Bonuses paid on the basis of the scheme total at most 45,000 shares in Ponsse Plc and a monetary component which corresponds with taxes and tax-like fees arising from shares to participants. Source
John Deere included among the Best Global Brands
John Deere has again earned a spot among the world's most valuable brands in an annual ranking completed by Interbrand, a leading brand consulting firm. John Deere is ranked 88th in the Best Global Brands research announced today, moving up 4 spots from a year ago. Interbrand estimates the John Deere brand to now be worth approximately $5.4 billion. The brand valuation is based on three key areas - financial performance of the brand; the brand's influence on purchase decisions; and the brand's strength to create loyalty and sustainable customer demand. New Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Logset Oy
Mikko Laurila has been appointed, with Europe and Russia as his areas of responsibility. Laurila is a member of the company´s management team. Pascal Réty is Vice President of Sales and Marketing, with North- and South America, Asia and Oceania as his areas of responsibility. Réty is also a member of the management team. Laurila started working for Logset in the end of October 2018. He has several years of experience with forest machines and he has previously worked in international sales and marketing at companies such as Ponsse and EcoLog. Source
Cat adds six new models in the 7-to-10-ton excavator category
