The Naarva S23 “stroke-harvester” is the only harvesting head in the world that can produce firewood immediately after felling. Naarva have also produced a simple firewood rack for a firewood bag that can be mounted onto a tractor. Immediately after felling, the trees can be crosscut and split, with the firewood pieces falling straight into the bag. The firewood rack fits onto a standard three-point linkage of an agricultural tractor. Under European conditions, firewood often dries quicker in a bag and the bags are easier to handle.
