Logging mechanisation knowledge has taken a great step forward with the publishing of relevant and practical research papers in the latest issue of the Croatian Journal of Forest Engineering.
The logging research papers can be found in the September 2011 (Vol.32, Issue 2) issue of the Croatian Journal of Forest Engineering. All articles are from papers submitted to the International Symposium on Forestry Mechanisation (FORMEC). FORMEC was established in 1966 to address challenges related to the mechanisation of forestry. The symposium in Austria in 2011 attracted more than 200 delegates from 38 countries, with FORMEC 2012 being held in Dubrovnik, Croatia.
