Bell previews its new E-series articulated dump trucks

Bells impressive new E-Series dump trucks are being displayed at Intermat 2012 in Paris.

The new articulated dump truck (ADT) from Bell has a rugged, yet modern look, with a wider hood and more imposing styling. Bell equipment has a reputation for producing innovative, yet rugged and hard working ADT’s. Features such as standard onboard weighing, keyless ignition, HillAssist, Bin Tip Preventation, Auto Park Application and standard Turbo Spin Protection are included in the new E-series ADT. The E-series platform has been engineered to handle changes in the market or legislation, ensuring that it will have an extended life.

Improvements to the ADT’s suspension have taken ride comfort to an even greater level than that found in the legendary D-series. Operator ergonomics has been considered through the use of a full colour display, reduced noise levels and better interfacing with the trucks management systems.

Higher payloads will be achievable throughout the new range, while simultaneously managing to use technology to improve reliability and durability of the truck. The E-series has been in development and testing for the last five years, and will enter production in 2013. Source: www.bellequipment.com
