The LOGLIFT 125Z uses a new SmartBase for smooth handling, stability and low weight, as well as a Hose Protection Link (HPL) to guard against blows and sticking. The design focus for the crane included durability, easy servicing and maintenance. Additional improvements focused on developing a crane with high lift/weight ratio for higher payload. The crane also goes through an nDurance nanotechnology paint process for all-weather protection. This pre-treatment and paint process covers every square millimetre in three different protective layers for high corrosion resistance.
The Hi-Cab cabin is claimed to have the industry's highest visibility factor. The Hi-Vis panoramic windows have five times more window than wall surface. This increases the safety and performance for the cabin, which also includes an OPS-approved shockproof front door, protected under-cabin air conditioning, and ergonomic enhancements throughout the cabin.
